By agreeing to and/ or providing a payment or deposit for invoice(s) the client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Valiant Marketing, its respective subsidiaries or other affiliates, officer, agents, including but not limited to, liability, demands, and cases of action of any kind arising from or related to any loss, damage, punitive damages, reasonable legal fees and costs of whatsoever which results from any personal or professional liability, claim, suit, loss or damage related to intellectual property provided by or given to the client or any other cause.
