Two awards, one great year for the team

At Valiant, we're typically focused on what’s next, from new ideas to fresh strategies, and meaningful client collabs. Taking a moment to reflect isn’t something we often do. But every once in a while, something special comes along that reminds us to pause, look around, and truly appreciate the journey. For us, 2024 was one of those moments.

We’re proud to share that Valiant Marketing was honored with two significant recognitions last year. These milestones showcase not only the quality of our work but also the heart of who we are as a company.

Last August, we received the Best Design Award at the Printing & Imaging Association of Georgia’s annual imPRESS Celebration of Print. PIAG has been a cornerstone of Georgia’s graphic communications industry for over 125 years, and its Print Excellence Competition is widely respected, drawing more than 140 entries from across the state. To have our work acknowledged for its creativity, craftsmanship, and print intention is incredibly meaningful. Seeing it resonate with our industry peers and earn this level of recognition is deeply rewarding.

Just a few months later, we received more exciting news: Valiant Marketing was named Small Business of the Year at the OUT Georgia Business Alliance’s Annual Community Honors Awards. This recognition means a lot to us. As an LGBTBE (certified business), being part of OUT Georgia’s network has been an essential part of our growth and identity, and this status recognizes us as a diverse supplier. The organization is a driving force for inclusive entrepreneurship and economic progress, and being acknowledged is an honor we truly appreciate.

Additionally, we believe the above-mentioned awards recognize the diversity of our work. In one instance, we created a new brand for a financial wealth management organization and incorporated some very traditional methods of print marketing. In another, we have been honored for our continuous notable work and involvement as a small business, lifting up Atlanta's LGBTQ+ community. Part of our role as a marketing agent for our clients is to understand and produce creative work that can appeal to their targeted or prospective audience. We fit in wherever we are.

As we continue into 2025, we are finalists for a new batch of awards, reminding us of last year’s accolades. While awards are never the goal, they do serve as rewarding reminders of what we strive for every day. They affirm that when creativity meets intention, and when values like inclusion and collaboration are at the core of every project, great things flourish.
